Who doesn't love a little Christmas Candy?! You're crazy if you don't! My fav are chocolate covered pretzels. Actually, pretty much chocolate covered anything.
The Snyder Pretzel Sticks are the best for dipping and drizzling;)
If you're like me, melting chocolate over the stove or in the microwave is a disaster. I ALWAYS burn it. So a miniature croc pot will do the trick! Just make sure to stir it frequently so the chocolate on the sides and bottom doesn't burn. Also, Ghiradelli Chocolate is my absolute fav!
I like to use a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on top to add a little sparkle. And of course it tastes amazing.
This year, I decided to try bananas since I've been eating gluten free. They turned out to be really delicious...Until later in the day when they got brown and yucky. So I would advise only making enough to eat right then.
Don't forget to add a little variety. Some people may only like one type of chocolate, or topping, etc. You could roll them in nuts, coconut, sprinkles, whatever you fancy!
Just remember to have fun making them, and enjoy every bite:) And its ok to lick your fingers in the process...:)
