Another Love

You all know I love sparkles, and crafting, and all things girly simply by looking at my blog. And like most girls I know I also have a love of clothes! (of course) I have quite good taste in fashion, if I may say so. I won best dressed in jr high ;) Therefore I figure that qualifies me to post on my fashion finds, favorite outfits, and tips for dressing modestly and fashionably. So here it is! My first fashion post.

I started with my favorite skinnies and a grey t-shirt because I wanted to be comfy but I also needed to look nice. I'm not a plain jeans and t-shirt girl anyhow. So I added one of my favorite lace overshirts for a delicate touch.

Then I decided I needed some color. Yellow, my favorite, and as you will soon come to know I'm obsessed with scarves. Cardigans too but I'll save that for another post. The scarf was a little bit bold and since I decided to couple it with the lace I needed something feminine. So I added this fun bow pin I got from DownEast Basics. I have two of them and they also double as shoe clips. LOVE!!!

The grey watch is a Christmas gift my husband gave me and it is my favorite. He has one too. His & Her sets are my fav. Cliche I know but I just can't help it! One of Tylers friends owns a little shop that sells the cutest accessories here at Meggie's Love. I'm hoping to feature her soon so stay tuned and check out her stuff!

My other watch from Meggie's Love. My 1st anniversary gift from Tyler while we were in Ireland. Thus the clover! And trust me I searched and searched for one with four leaves! No such luck.

Enjoy my tips and get yourself something from Meggie's Love. You won't regret it!

Words with Pictures

Hey everyone. Wow I'm a procrastinator. I can't even tell you how long its been since I've blogged. Busy hustling and bustling about (and waiting for my husband to edit my pics for me). Anywho Tyler and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary in Ireland. I know I'm so spoiled! Here's a few pics so u can feel a little jealousy...
 The Dun Luce Castle
Atop the Blarney castle! And yes, we kissed the stone. A lifetime of eloquence for us thank you.

Meeting a new friend at the Glenevaugh National Park and at the famed Waterford Crystal Factory. You better believe I got me some!

Whats that Wesley? Did we visit the "Cliffs of Insanity"? (aka the Cliffs of Moher) You bet we did:)

My Husband the ever diligent photographer fighting the wind and rain. There's no telling what he'll do for a good picture. Which u can see more of HERE

Above: The Giants Causeway. My favorite place we visited. Below: Across the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge.

Anyway let me get back to the original purpose for this post before I get TOO carried away ;) Where were we... Oh yes it was our anniversary. I wanted to give Tyler something special but I struggled finding something that would survive the flight over hidden in my suitcase. So this is what I came up with.
I stole his camera for a few hours and had a friend take pictures of me. Edited all by myself thank you! The idea was to get the pictures to look like it was saying I love you. I think I did a pretty good job accomplishing it. Agree? Here is a better look at the photos.

Mission accomplished he LOVED it. It is proudly hanging in his computer room as I type. Even though our anniversary was 4 months ago I thought I would post as an idea for a Valentines gift. Personal, basically free and classy! Best of luck,
xoxo
